## Learn to Build Super Powerful AI Bots

### In our 3 certified workshops, you will be creating a Super Powerful Chatbot that leverages both ChatGPT and Dialogflow!

### **Your Project**

In the workshops, we will be building a super powerful chatbot that leverages both Dialogflow & ChatGPT. Tshis will be a FAQ bot that can also take actions and get things done for users!

You get to decide the use case! The goal of the workshop will be to Desing and develop a chatbot using ChatGPT and Dialogflow.

Why Dialgflow?

For all of the things that ChatGPT can’t do, like following up with your customers, we will implement Dialogflow.

This will make it easy for your bot to take action!

**The Project**

In our full day workshops, you will build a customer journey chatbot that can generate leads, answer questions, and provide customers service.

This bot can be implemented on your company’s website or any other channel such as SMS, app, voice, etc.

You bot will be able to answer 10+ FAQ questions, have a great on-boarding experience and a number of fall backs. You will learn how to design and develop a bot using NLP/NLU Platform RASA and deploy your bot to a website, sms, messaging channel or voice.

By the end of the workshop, you will have a bot that can help your company generate more leads and even answer a few of the most commonly asked questions and you will earn a Level 1 Certificate.

1. **Conversational Design Certification:** In this workshop, you will learn how to design a great chatbot. You learn about copy writing, user research, UX design and how to use data and analytics to improve your chatbot or virtual assistant.
2. **ChatGPT Certification:** Learn how to use promts, create apps using ChatGPT API, and connect it to a front end.
3. **Dialogflow Certification:** ChatGPT is great, but it can’t do much. For example, if you find out your bot user needs a specific service from you, ChatGPT can set up an appointment. And this is where Dialogflow comes into the picture. Dialogflow can manage tasks and take action!

After completing the workshops, you will be able to build a high quality chatbot or virtual assistant using an NLP.
